Clare was nominated for the Canoe Wales 2020 Coach of the Year Award and the Canoe Wales 2020 Alan Baker Volunteer of the Year Award, proudly taking home the Volunteer of the Year Award. This was awarded following a succesful volunteering campaign to encourage more women and girls into paddlesport in her role as the British Canoeing #ShePaddles Ambassador for Canoe Wales.
